How to use Fun Rewards+

Our Customer Service team is available 24/7 to assist you. You can call us anytime at 800-203-1403 or email us at [email protected]. You can also click here to submit an inquiry online. We typically respond to emails and inquiries within 24 hours!

To cancel your Fun Rewards+ membership, visit your account settings from your online account or contact Customer Service with your cancellation request.

To cancel online, sign in with your member credentials at funrewardsplus.com/sign-in. Once you’ve signed in, click “Account” on your main menu, then select “Cancel Membership” from the dropdown. Follow the instructions provided to finalize your cancellation request.

To cancel through Customer Service, you can call us 24/7 at 800-203-1403. You can also email your cancellation request to [email protected] or submit your request online.

Once you cancel your membership, you’ll have access to your member benefits until the end of your monthly membership term. After you cancel, you’ll receive a check for the remaining balance stated in your Savings.

OTC BRANDS INC 800-2280475 is the billing descriptor that displays on your card or bank statement when you are charged the Fun Rewards+ monthly membership cost.

Start enjoying your Fun Rewards+ benefits free for 30 days. After your trial, your membership will automatically renew for just $14.95 a month plus taxes, if any, until you cancel it. If you decide not to continue your Fun Rewards+ membership, simply sign into your account at funrewardsplus.com/sign-in to cancel or you can call us 24/7 at 800-203-1403 . You can also email your cancellation request to [email protected] or submit your request online.

Our Brands

As a Fun Rewards+ member, you’ll automatically earn 10% cash back every time you shop from Oriental Trading or MindWare. You can earn unlimited 10% cash back on purchases from both of these brands.

To earn 10% cash back at our brands, simply make a purchase from Oriental Trading or MindWare, either online, over the phone, or by mail order. We’ll automatically add 10% of your purchase subtotal to your Fun Rewards+ Savings.

We’ll send you a check for your total approved Savings at the time of your next monthly payout. No rebate claims are necessary to earn 10% cash back at our brands!

Please note that all purchases must be made directly from our brands to qualify for 10% cash back. Oriental Trading or MindWare purchases made on third-party sites are not eligible for 10% cash back.

After you make a purchase from one of our brands, we take 10% of your purchase subtotal and add it to your Fun Rewards+ Savings.

The amount for 10% cash back is based on your final, qualifying purchase subtotal after any and all discounts or promo codes are applied. Your purchase subtotal does not include gift card purchases, taxes, shipping charges, or any other added fees at checkout.

We’ll mail you a check for your total approved Savings on the 15th of every month.

Unlike your 10% cash back benefit, shipping rebates on purchases from our brands are not automatically applied to your Savings. If you paid for shipping on a purchase from our brands, submit a rebate claim to get reimbursed for those charges.

To submit a rebate claim, sign into your member account and click “Rebates” on your main menu. Then, carefully follow the instructions provided to submit your claim.

Once we receive your claim and proof-of-purchase documentation, we’ll review your claim and apply it to your Fun Rewards+ Savings.

Marketplace Retailers

The Marketplace includes 1,500+ popular retailers eligible for 5% cash back, shipping rebates, and return shipping rebates with your Fun Rewards+ membership.

To visit the Marketplace, sign into your online account and click “Shop” on your main menu, then click “Shop Marketplace” from the dropdown.

You can earn 5% cash back at Marketplace retailers when you shop online, in-store, over the phone, or by mail order. As a Fun Rewards+ member, you can save up to $1,000 per 12-month membership period with 5% cash back on your Marketplace purchases. Here’s how:

How to receive 5% cash back through the Fun Rewards+ portal

Shop online through the Fun Rewards+ portal to earn 5% cash back automatically. If you shop at Marketplace retailers outside the Fun Rewards+ portal, whether online, in-store, or by mail order, your 5% cash back will not be automatic. However, you can still submit a rebate claim to earn 5% cash back on those purchases.

Shopping through the Fun Rewards+ Portal:

  1. Sign into your Fun Rewards+ account.
  2. On your main menu, click “Shop”, then “Shop Marketplace.”
  3. Find a retailer in the Marketplace and click through our links to shop online.
  4. After you click “Shop Now”, the retailer’s website will open in a new window. Complete your purchase in the new window to earn 5% cash back automatically.
How to receive 5% cash back outside of the Fun Rewards+ portal

You can earn 5% cash back on your in-store, online (not through the Fun Rewards+ portal), phone, and mail order purchases, too. Simply shop at an eligible Marketplace retailer and submit a rebate claim to earn 5% cash back. You can submit your rebate claim online from your Fun Rewards+ account or mail in your rebate claim and proof-of-purchase instead.

After you make an eligible purchase from a Marketplace retailer, we’ll add 5% cash back to your Savings. We’ll mail you a check for your total approved Savings on the 15th of every month.

5% cash back is added to your Savings after you make an eligible Marketplace purchase. The amount for 5% cash back is based on your final, qualifying purchase subtotal after any and all discounts or promo codes are applied. Your purchase subtotal does not include taxes, shipping fees, or any other added fees at checkout.

As a member, you can save up to $1,000 per 12-month membership period with 5% cash back on Marketplace purchases. One purchase per Marketplace retailer per day is eligible for 5% cash back. Gift card purchases, money orders, or purchases made using a Marketplace retailer’s bill-pay service are not eligible for 5% cash back.

Some Marketplace retailers have their own restrictions for 5% cash back eligibility. To view restrictions for a specific retailer, visit the Marketplace from your member account and click a retailer to view its page. Any orders returned or cancelled will not be eligible for 5% cash back.

Shipping & Return Shipping Rebates

As a Fun Rewards+ member, you can submit rebate claims to get reimbursed for your shipping and return shipping charges.

You can claim an unlimited number of standard shipping and return shipping rebates on purchases from our brands.

For Marketplace purchases, you can claim both shipping and return shipping rebates of up to $10 per purchase. With your membership, you’re eligible to claim up to $500 in shipping rebates and $500 in return shipping rebates on Marketplace purchases every 12-month membership period.

You can claim unlimited shipping and return shipping rebates on purchases from our brands and get fully reimbursed for those charges. As long as you provide valid proof-of-purchase with every rebate claim, you’ll receive a rebate for those standard shipping charges in the form of a check.

You can claim shipping rebates of up to $10 per purchase when you shop at Marketplace retailers. For example, if you paid $15 in shipping fees on a single Marketplace purchase, you’ll receive a $10 shipping rebate as part of your monthly check. You’re eligible to claim up to $500 in shipping rebates on Marketplace purchases every 12-month membership period.

In-store purchases from Marketplace retailers are only eligible for shipping rebates if the store you purchased from orders the item and you’re charged for shipping as part of your purchase.

You can submit your shipping and return shipping rebate claims online or by mail. Here’s how:

Online Claims: Submit your rebate claim online from your member account.

  1. Click “Rebates” on your main menu.
  2. Select your rebate type and enter your purchase information.
  3. Email your proof-of-purchase to [email protected] with your claim number in the subject line.

Mailed Claims: Send your rebate claim and proof-of-purchase to our mailing address.

  1. Complete a rebate form with all your required purchase information.
  2. Mail your rebate form and proof-of-purchase documentation to:

Please note that to be eligible for shipping rebates, your claims must be submitted within 60 days of your original purchase date. Approved rebates are normally added to your Savings total within 3 weeks of submission.

Yes, you must submit rebate claims within 60 days of your original purchase date. Claims submitted after the 60-day mark will not be approved for reimbursement.

Proof-of-purchase is a form of documentation that validates your payment for any given purchase. You must provide a valid form of proof-of-purchase with every rebate claim submitted.

Examples of valid proof-of-purchase include:

  • A sales receipt
  • An order confirmation page
  • An order confirmation email
  • A packing slip

For online claims, you can email your proof-of-purchase documentation to [email protected]. You’ll be given a unique claim number to include with your submission. Simply copy and paste your claim number into the subject line of the email with your proof-of-purchase attached.

For mailed claims, send your completed rebate form and proof-of-purchase documentation to:

Savings

All your Savings from Fun Rewards+ will appear on your Savings page in your member account. To view your Savings, sign into your member account online and click “Savings” on your main menu.

You can also check up on your Savings and the status of your claims by calling Customer Service at 800-203-1403.

On the 15th of every month, we’ll mail you a check for your approved savings on all qualifying purchases made the previous month.

All mailed claims must be sent and postmarked before the end of the month to receive a check for those claims the next month. For example, if you make a purchase and submit your rebate claim between January 1-31, your check for that purchase will be issued on February 15th. If you make a purchase on February 1, your check will be issued on March 15th.
